Leather Hand-Stitched Eyeglass Case Workshop with Fado Made – SOLD OUT
In this workshop, participants will learn 4 different leather stitches for assembly and decorative application from the experts at Fado Made! Fado Made is a custom-made luxury fashion accessory business located right here in Knoxville.
What you’ll learn: Attendees will practice each stitch on a pre-cut and pre-hole punched leather swatch (see photos below). Once you’ve learned these techniques, we will walk you through the steps of creating your very own eyeglass case and give you the opportunity to decorate your leather good with provided paint.
What You Get to Take Home: Your leather swatch of learned stitches, your finished eyeglass case, and the needle you used to stitch your product. Plus, the option to bring home scrap materials for further practice. Jamie will be available to you via email after the workshop if you need help with mastering leather hand-stitching.
